Project Manager Overview

Our team is adept at managing large-scale infrastructure projects, collaborating with both public and private sector clients on a variety of complex initiatives, including Environmental Remediation, Heavy Civil Construction, and Emergency Services.

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned projects, ensuring adherence to Odin's standards of safety and quality while optimizing economic outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with the Regional Manager and coordination of labor and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to define project scope and resource needs.
  • Develop comprehensive project estimates, reviewing specifications and contract documents.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage onsite operations, including scheduling and material control.
  • Provide technical guidance, including interpretation of plans and construction methodologies.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should possess a four-year degree in engineering or construction management, along with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in construction management or supervision. A thorough understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management principles is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.
