Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to every guest.
- Advise patrons on wine selections based on their preferences and meal choices.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of wines and spirits, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of wine regulations, regions, grape varieties, and production methods.
- Prepare steak cuts to precise specifications with skill and finesse.
- Support other areas of the restaurant as needed.
- Lift heavy boxes (minimum 50 lbs) as required.
- Maintain mobility to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods across multiple levels.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as necessary.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is required.
