Your Mission: As a Logistics & Facility Associate (w/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations and facility oversight, ensuring an efficient workflow.

In collaboration with the Logistics & Supply Chain team, you will manage logistics processes and serve as the primary contact for facility management.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive inspections of incoming goods to verify adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to address any discrepancies with incoming shipments.
  • Timely record all incoming goods in the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for seamless data integration.
  • Maintain relationships with logistics providers to ensure high service levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the reception of biological samples, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of logistics activities, including shipment documentation and inspection reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including IATA guidelines and data protection laws.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols in the warehouse to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent training as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d).
  • A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
