District Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The District Sales Manager is a key role within our Spirit Halloween team, responsible for the overall performance of multiple stores. This seasonal position requires a strong leader who can drive sales, manage payroll, recruit and train employees, and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, payroll, and employee relations for multiple stores
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Implement effective expense control and shrink reduction strategies
- Ensure timely store openings, operations, and closures
- Meet or exceed sales targets and company expectations
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role require standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule and ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this position.
