Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage network security from the network firewall to access lists on routers.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve network issues.
  • Ensure all servers are updated with the latest security patches and software upgrades.
  • Provide support for all Help Desk tickets generated.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of network administration principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Experience with routers, switches, patch panels, and associated network hardware and software.
  • Ability to deploy Windows patches.
  • Collaboration with third-party vendors to resolve network issues.
  • Server maintenance and updates.
  • Help Desk support.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
