Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team as a Support Specialist.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals in their homes and communities.
  • Assist individuals in achieving their goals and enhancing their life experiences.
  • Transport individuals to medical appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration are necessary.
  • The ability to drive individuals in your personal vehicle is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A starting salary of $20 per hour.
  • A weekly payment schedule provides flexibility for our staff.
  • A $250 bonus after 30 days of service.
  • Flexible work hours allow for a healthy work-life balance.
