About the Position

This is a full-time, classified civil service position that reports directly to the [Department Head]. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to faculty and staff, including but not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff">
  • Preparing and processing various documents, forms, and reports">
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases">
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements">
  • Assisting with budget management and financial reporting">

Requirements and Qualifications
