Senior Personnel Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Personnel Specialist to provide executive support for the Special Operations Policy Oversight Committee for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) Special Operations Low-Intensity Conflict (SO/LIC). The ideal candidate will have experience with federal civilian human resource management at the OSD Service or installation level, as well as expertise in drafting and classifying federal civilian position descriptions.
Requirements:
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- 5 years of experience with federal civilian human resource management at the OSD Service or installation level
- 2 or more years of experience drafting or classifying federal civilian position descriptions
- 5 years of experience preparing written products for senior leaders in a federal civilian resource management advisory capacity
- Expert-level technical knowledge of and experience with DoD or other federal civilian hiring processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
