POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Work closely with the Program/Project Director to ensure effective daily project execution.
  • Set and uphold quality benchmarks and best practices in project oversight.
  • Assess potential risks and formulate strategies to guarantee project success.
  • Engage in clear communication with stakeholders to foster positive relationships.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Project Development: Create detailed project plans and objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Scheduling and Timeline Management: Guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Relations: Sustain constructive interactions with stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Verbal Communication: Deliver clear presentations and actively listen.
  • Written Communication: Articulate ideas clearly for the target audience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  2. PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  5. Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  6. Experience with SharePoint online is a plus.
