**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform assembly operations on complex mechanical and structural components using manual operations and hand tools.

* Ensure high-quality production by adhering to established manufacturing processes and procedures.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

**Requirements**

* 1 or more years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures.

* Ability to obtain a security clearance.

* High School diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Active Secret clearance.

* Experience reading engineering blueprints/drawings.

* 1 or more years of assembly experience.

* Knowledge of assembly processes, production processes, and manufacturing capabilities data needed for defining delivery configurations.
