About Waccamaw EOC, Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Waccamaw EOC, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of Human Resources, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative office, overseeing repairs and maintenance of the building and equipment, and assisting with grant proposals and their preparations. Additionally, this role will coordinate and update agency-wide annual reports, handle telephone calls and referrals, manage voice prompts, perform clerical work, and receive clients and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of Human Resources, including handling telephone calls and referrals, managing voice prompts, performing clerical work, and receiving clients and visitors.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing the mail system, copy machines, and license tags for agency vehicles.
  • Grant Preparation: Assist with grant proposals and their preparations, including researching and writing grants, and coordinating with staff members.
  • Reporting and Communications: Coordinate and update agency-wide annual reports, and communicate with staff members and external parties as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Office Administration, Word Processing Software, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Advertising, and grant preparation.
  • An Associate Degree in Secretarial Science or related field.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
