Position Overview:
This is a full-time role within the IT Administration department, requiring 72 hours per pay period on a day shift with an on-call rotation. Claiborne Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, is committed to delivering a comprehensive range of healthcare services through a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support to end-users for various technical challenges via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve most end-user inquiries during the initial contact.
- Effectively communicate IT system issues, updates, and protocols to all stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with fellow IT personnel to enhance user support and communication.
- Exhibit superior customer service abilities and serve as a resource for intricate technical issues.
- Maintain precision and quality while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Assist senior staff with problem management systems and reporting tasks.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: No specific requirement; an Associate's degree is preferred.
