We are seeking a dedicated 30-hour per week Sales Associate to join our team at a new eco-conscious grocery store. As a vital member of our retail environment, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products and services, contributing to our mission of sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide guidance on our unique products and facilitate the refill process.
  • Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in your role, including register operations and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work full days during weekdays and/or weekends, totaling approximately 30 hours per week.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
