  • Generate detailed reports for digital printing, imaging, and mailing systems.
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on office equipment at customer locations.
  • Engage in bindery tasks, quality control, and final checks to ensure service excellence.
  • Support building operations, including meeting setups and light maintenance duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.

Daily Operations:

  • Conduct regular inspections of convenience copiers, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records for inventory and management reporting.
  • Coordinate the distribution of office supplies and manage mail delivery.
  • Calculate job charges and maintain billing logs as necessary.
  • Deliver completed projects to designated locations as required.
  • Keep service logs and meter readings up to date.
  • May require travel between different facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in a similar operational role.
  • Valid driver's license may be required, along with appropriate insurance coverage.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office technology and software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic mathematical skills for job calculations and inventory management.
