We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at McCulloh Consulting. As a key member of our Account Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and strategic oversight to our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and service assigned commercial groups, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Provide strategic account oversight, including annual renewal negotiations and contract reviews.
- Consult with producers and groups to identify opportunities for expanding services and strengthening business relationships.
- Balance member and group retention with achieving financial performance targets and maintaining appropriate loss ratios.
- Work with a diverse range of clients, including large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts.

- Ability to drive as required for the role, with proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance upon request.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry or related sales/service roles.
- Strong background in carrier operations, health plan services, and customer service.
- Residential State Insurance License - Oregon.
