Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:


We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Oncology Institute.

This role will involve working collaboratively with physician and APP specialists in all areas of oncology to provide specialty palliative care, including assessing and managing symptoms, alleviating distress, facilitating advance care planning, and directing conversations with patients and families to foster a better understanding of treatment options and how their goals of care can best be optimized.

As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will require two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in palliative care or hospice, but we will consider strong experience in oncology.
