You will be responsible for designing and implementing local leadership development programs, driving talent and succession planning discussions, and managing development programs such as coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies that foster and consolidate the company's culture

Requirements:

  • 10 years of HR work-related experiences
  • Experience with the design and management of employee and leadership development
  • B.S. in Human Resources or Business
