RN - Staffing Pool Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Staffing Pool team at UP Health System. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care given and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

- A state of Michigan RN license.
- An associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
