We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Staffing Pool team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care given and monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

To be considered for this role, you must have a state of Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred). Additionally, you must obtain Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification within 30 days of hire.
