About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Staffing Pool team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care given and monitor patient condition as appropriate.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and provide patient education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Requirements
- A state of Michigan RN license.
- An associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
