About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our staffing pool at UP Health System - Marquette. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, providing high-quality care to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
  • Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements
  • A state of Michigan RN license.
  • An associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
