A266 PineBridge Investments Holdings US LLC is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager/Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing the travel and expense process, handling security issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the travel and expense email box, responding to policy questions and card inquiries.
- Handle security issues, including fraud, lost or stolen activity, and compromised accounts.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate problem resolution and triage concerns with program managers and leadership.
- Manage card application procedures, expectations, and delivery information.
- Complete card issuance, closure, and expedited delivery requests.
- Assist with card maintenance, including name changes, card profile updates, and account controls.
- Provide support for regions with Concur inquiries and ad-hoc report requests.
- Manage Americas Concur Profiles, including setup, termination, and updates.
- Coordinate visitor reception, meeting rooms, and office events.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning correctly and coordinate with the IT department.
- Manage courier, mail, and messenger operations, as well as office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain relationships with building administration and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in office management, corporate travel, or expense management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Concur Travel and Expense Management software.
- Familiarity with corporate travel management tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act as a liaison.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
