Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, developing menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and developing staff.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus and new menu items in partnership with divisional leaders.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring efficient and effective BOH operations.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams, fostering a Culture of Caring.
  • Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audits of BOH standard operating procedures and systems.
  • Partner with designated chefs to purchase and order food products and supplies for the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with GM and/or designated managers/chefs to review and maintain recipe books.
  • Create new and maintain existing recipe costing in partnership with GM and designated chefs.
  • Supervise and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed.
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors, and employees.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Skilled in managing BOH systems.
