Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Per Diem RN to join our Emergency Department team. As a Care Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Nursing assessment based on interview, examination, observation, and review of records
  • Developing a goal-oriented care plan with participation from the patient and significant others
  • Demonstrating a competent level of technical skill
  • Assisting in development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of care and professional practice
  • Coordinating patient care activities and directing/delegating appropriately to the healthcare team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in New York State
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records
