We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Nathaniel ACT team as a part-time employee. This role offers a competitive salary of $38.46 per hour, totaling approximately $67,100 per year based on 35 hours worked per week.

As a member of our team, you will provide critical healthcare services to individuals in the community, including medication management and health assessments. You will also coordinate care with FACT RNs and prescribers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensure in New York State.
  • At least three years of experience working with adults in psychiatric nursing, substance use treatment settings, or social service environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
