We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ramp Safety Coordinator to join our team at LSG Sky Chefs. This administrative role will involve overseeing compliance with driver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working closely with the department to ensure safety and regulatory adherence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SOP training programs for all new drivers and re-training of existing drivers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date driver files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process and verify Port Authority/Customs identifications for all drivers.
  • Ensure all drivers adhere to A-1 Inspection procedures, maintaining a high level of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Ramp Safety Supervisor to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Airport SIDA badge and CBP Customs Seal within 30 days of hire.
  • 3-5 years of safety experience, with AOA ramp experience considered equivalent to safety experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with ability to learn other computer applications.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with large groups.
