Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex technical projects, ensuring goals, requirements, and outcomes are defined and that the appropriate resources are allocated.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with key milestones and established project standards.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members, client personnel, business owners, customers, and leadership counterparts.
  • Consistently work with customers/users to get and apply feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog and tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources to each project.
  • Track schedule and performance, as well as prepare documents and inform project-specific policy, procedures, and report status to all levels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with technical management and Agile practices.
  • Successful experience managing technical and functional staff.
  • Advanced understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Experience writing and understanding business requirements.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI + clearance.
