About the Role

The Electro-Line Technician will play a critical role in supporting all manufacturing areas by repairing, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all packaging-related equipment and systems at our manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Quickly and accurately troubleshooting major packaging equipment problems
  • Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance on equipment
  • Working with maintenance supervisors to develop and implement new insights that drive improved productivity
  • Ensuring adequate spare parts stocking levels to support all packaging equipment
  • Regularly reviewing machine performance, identifying problems, and recommending technological changes to improve overall performance
  • Responding to machinery breakdowns and equipment problems in a proficient and positive manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven previous experience in industrial maintenance/mechanics
  • A thorough knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, as well as technical skills to efficiently resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
  • The ability to read and perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Basic digital literacy/computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness across multiple teams and job levels with excellent customer service skills
