Electro-Line Technician

The Electro-Line Technician will play a critical role in supporting all manufacturing areas by repairing, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all packaging-related equipment and systems at our manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include:
- Quickly and accurately troubleshooting major packaging equipment problems
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance on equipment
- Working with maintenance supervisors to develop and implement new insights that drive improved productivity
- Ensuring adequate spare parts stocking levels to support all packaging equipment
- Regularly reviewing machine performance, identifying problems, and recommending technological changes to improve overall performance
- Responding to machinery breakdowns and equipment problems in a proficient and positive manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven previous experience in industrial maintenance/mechanics
- A thorough knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, as well as technical skills to efficiently resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
- The ability to read and perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Basic digital literacy/computer skills
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness across multiple teams and job levels with excellent customer service skills
