Job Title: Process and Capabilities Lead

About the Role:

The Process and Capabilities Lead will be responsible for leading the Process Transformation efforts in Procurement, driving Operational Excellence, and overseeing the Process & Capabilities team. This role will involve examining sourcing and procurement gaps, collaborating with other teams to build and optimize processes, and implementing best practices in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Process Transformation efforts in Procurement, examining sourcing and procurement gaps, and collaborating with other teams to build and optimize processes.
  • Oversee the Process & Capabilities team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Implement best practices in procurement, including process improvement, governance, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to build and maintain global procurement policy, ensuring regulatory compliance and periodic assessments.
  • Provide oversight and implementation of procurement systems and solutions, analysis, and reporting for Procurement leadership and other groups.
  • Drive and disseminate best practices in procurement from inside and outside the organization, using external industry trends.
  • Work with external partners on select initiatives and solutions to meet requirements of value, functionality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management role.
  • Experience driving Process Transformation in Procurement.
  • Understanding of best practices in Procurement, Compliance, and Regulatory concepts.
  • People leadership and management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellence project management skills.
  • Ability to lead independently, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment.
  • Knowledge of Procurement tools and systems, e.g., Ariba, Workday, Conga, DocuSign, Coupa.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP, Power BI, Power Apps.
