Position Overview:
Level Ahead ABA is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Behavioral Support Technician to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals diagnosed with autism and similar challenges, providing essential support in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral support to clients during one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to execute tailored behavior intervention strategies and skill development programs based on established ABA methodologies.
- Accurately document behavioral data and skill progress for each session using our advanced electronic tracking system.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, their families, BCBA supervisors, and the administrative team at Level Ahead.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Educational background in education, special education, or mental health is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must possess RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or be prepared to complete the 40-hour RBT training course offered by accredited programs.

Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with car insurance are necessary, as travel may be required.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to conduct direct intervention sessions independently are essential.
- A compassionate approach towards clients with disabilities and their families is crucial.
- Proficiency with technology is expected.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds is required.
