Hourly Rate: $27 - $28 per hour

Ideal Candidate:
You possess a keen interest in Psychology, Child Development, or Behavioral Science. You are patient, nurturing, and eager to advance your career in ABA therapy.

Qualifications:
- A completed Bachelor's Degree or RBT Certification is required.
- Availability Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
- Commitment to a consistent schedule with clients.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to engage clients through play-based therapy with a creative and upbeat attitude.
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting children up to 30 lbs and active engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Provide direct care in a 1:1 setting within clients' homes.
- Collaborate with clients and families to ensure effective treatment implementation.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely data collection.
Conditions of Employment:
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
- Completion of required training and health screenings.
Immunization Requirements:
- Must have specific immunizations as outlined by company policy.
