Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical functions and administrative support to food service programs.
  • Communication: Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential personnel files and accurate records of students eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches.
  • Financial Management: Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer, perform daily bank deposit reconciliation, and process vendor invoices for payment.
  • Event Planning: Work with the Assistant Director to organize and prepare all documents to execute a well-run and well-prepared event.
  • Social Media: Continue current social media efforts with a focus on updating the client tracker, building out the content calendar, updating Sprout social, gathering content, reviewing analytics, and other projects as assigned.
  • Graphic Design: Support and aid in Nevada Dining Graphic Design efforts, continuously looking for opportunities to refresh signage, upgrade collateral, and develop new ideas to pitch to the rest of the team.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of prior marketing experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in computer software applications.
