Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, aligned with Simmons Bank's competencies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based analytics solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to advance the maturity of people, processes, and technology for our products.
  • Ensure the product roadmap and backlog are visible, clearly ordered, and actively maintained to ensure work is focused on achieving the established product vision and strategy.
  • Perform continual assessment of available technologies and software to facilitate continuous improvements to meet operational goals.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing product planning and delivery.
  • Experience with agile delivery models, project management, and cloud migration.
  • Strong understanding of development lifecycle, operations, and testing frameworks.
  • Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, Cognos, or Looker, and data warehouse fundamentals.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in complex migrations from legacy data warehousing solutions or on-prem datalakes to GCP.
  • Management certification, such as PMP or CSM.
  • Cloud certification for understanding of Cloud Fundamentals.
Education:
  • BS/BA degree in IT or any other stream.
