Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of HVAC project life cycle, from initial project planning and design to the final stages of installation and testing.
  • Manage and coordinate with a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying potential issues and proactively developing solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including project status updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably with retrofit projects.
  • Proven experience in risk management, with a strong ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and repair processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
