Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates, a global leader in the food industry, is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Architect to join its Integration workstream. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing a DevSecOps practice that enables integration workstream to deliver at scale with agility for Mars transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and SI partners to streamline processes and ensure consistency across all platforms, including SAP BTP, Azure IS, Solace Event Mesh, and B2B technologies.
- Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, code quality, and observability.
- Establish and employ Continuous Integration and Deployment practices for transformation programs using cloud-native managed services and DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with the Transformation program's Change Management Team to achieve successful continuous delivery solutions.
- Promote DevOps principles and culture across Integration Hub for the success of Mars transformation programs.
- Implement mechanisms for Integration service introduction for transformation programs to Operations team.
- Platform observability.
- Advocate the benefits of business process observability by capturing "events that matter" and creating dashboards.
- Point of contact for Infosec team, responsible for enforcing Mars security policies within our Integration development process and platform.
- Operationalize service management for new platforms until they are handed over to Operations team.
