Key Responsibilities: * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and our SI partner(s) to streamline processes and ensure consistency across all platforms, including SAP BTP, Azure IS, Solace Event Mesh, and B2B technologies. * Enable Integration Delivery Teams for transformation programs at Mars to ship features at scale rapidly, securely, and with the highest quality. * Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, code quality, pipelines, automated testing, and observability to reduce manual effort and improve product quality for effective rollouts of integration solutions for transformation programs. * Establish and employ Continuous Integration and Deployment practices for the transformation programs using cloud-native managed services and DevOps tools. * Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office to align on build and release processes and make recommendations for improvement. * Promote DevOps principles and culture across Integration Hub for the success of Mars transformation programs. * Implement mechanism for Integration service introduction for transformation programs to Operations team.
