Position Overview
  • Investment in clinician and patient experience through new hospital leadership
  • Dedicated rounding and admitting clinicians to optimize efficiency and enhance work-life balance
  • Level 1 Trauma Center with a capacity of 590 beds
  • 7 on; 7 off scheduling model for full-time positions
  • Team of 5 Physicians and 3 NP/PAs providing care from 7 AM to 7 PM
  • 1 Physician and 1 NP/PA on swing shift for admissions
  • 1 Physician and 1 NP/PA covering night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM
  • Open to Physicians trained in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine
  • Open ICU with an intensivist program managed by SCP
  • Participation in rapid response team initiatives
  • Comprehensive sub-specialty support available

Facility Overview
Research Medical Center is a prominent 590-bed acute-care facility, recognized for its extensive range of services, including emergency care with a Level I Trauma Center and a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. The hospital is equipped to handle critical conditions such as heart attacks and sepsis, and offers specialized programs in areas like traumatic brain injury, oncology, and orthopedics.
