**Job Summary:**

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Capital Projects to lead the capital engineering team, overseeing $100M+ in annual investments across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will drive critical operational improvements and long-term growth by aligning capital strategies with business objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coordinate capital projects from scoping to execution, ensuring project success.
  • Oversee project planning stages, including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction.
  • Collaborate with site leaders to identify synergies and allocate resources for project execution.
  • Manage and forecast capital expenditures, communicating regularly with Operations and Senior Leadership.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • 10+ years in capital project management and execution within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification or equivalent experience in productivity and continuous improvement projects.

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Allied Resources offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
