About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Life-Assist, Inc. This role offers a unique blend of team management, DevOps, and software development responsibilities.

As the team lead, you will provide oversight and guidance to the software development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your DevOps expertise will be instrumental in managing source code, development environments, and production deployments.

As a senior software developer, you will contribute to sprints, working on full-stack development and the complete software development lifecycle. Your expertise in SQL, C#, .NET, and front-end coding will be valuable assets to our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of software developers
  • Ensuring release prep procedures are followed and production changes are controlled
  • Contributing to sprints as a senior software developer
  • Developing and maintaining software applications using C#, .NET, and front-end technologies
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience of 10+ years
  • Certificates of continued education in information technology related fields
  • Demonstrable SQL knowledge, senior level object-oriented C#/.NET coding ability, and front-end coding experience
  • Exposure to WinForms
  • Familiarity with Git/Azure DevOps and release management
  • Comfortable managing, communicating, and collaborating in a team environment
  • Self-driven problem solver who is motivated to achieve goals and enhance results
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many projects at once
  • Excellent organizational skills and sense of urgency
