As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of Stryker's Trauma product line, addressing the critical needs of our clients with dedication and professionalism. Working under the guidance of a seasoned Trauma Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic culture of the Stryker Trauma team, renowned for its exceptional performance in the industry.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with in-depth knowledge of our Trauma products and effective sales strategies, including hands-on experience in the operating room. You will have the opportunity to observe over 300 surgical procedures in your first year, enabling you to develop expertise in orthopedic surgical requirements and become an integral part of the surgical team, contributing positively to patient outcomes.
This role requires flexibility, as you will be on call during evenings and weekends. Your commitment to client service, outstanding account management, and dedication to enhancing healthcare will establish you as a trusted partner to our clients.
