Job Responsibilities- Administer nursing care in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.
- Work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans.
- Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications.
- Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors.
- Set up medical equipment and monitor its use.
- Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Document and check the accuracy of interventions and medical histories.
- Perform fluid sample draws for lab work.
- Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff.
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months).
