The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team at Harbor Medical. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your healthcare career in a renowned healthcare organization.

As a Registered Nurse at Harbor Medical, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch healthcare services to our patients.

You will be responsible for managing patients on Coumadin therapy, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to implement treatment plans effectively will be essential in delivering outstanding care.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients on Coumadin therapy and adjust dosages as necessary
  • Educate patients on Coumadin therapy, including potential side effects and precautions
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform regular patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and lab results
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proven experience in managing patients on Coumadin therapy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
