We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to lead our team of insurance agents and drive sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-potential agents, as well as overseeing the financial performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff adhere to ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance claims
  • Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Oversee the branch's financial performance and ensure it meets sales targets
  • Use actuarial data to set premiums and maximize profit for the branch
  • Examine company policies and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
  • Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management position
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Active insurance agent license in the state

Compensation: $88,500 - $117,000 per year
