You will also be responsible for operating a computer terminal to input customer data, running and reconciling transaction journals and cash tickets, and performing general data entry tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and assisting customers with product selection, purchasing, and order processing.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
* Operate a computer terminal to input customer data
* Run and reconcile transaction journals and cash tickets
* Perform general data entry tasks
* Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
* Assist customers with product selection, purchasing, and order processing
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic math and cashiering skills
* Ability to work independently with little direction
* Ability to work courteously and tactfully with customers and associates
* Ability to learn basic product knowledge and uses
* Ability to communicate orally with others one-to-one and in a group setting
* Ability to learn new, job-related material through oral instruction

Work Environment:

* The work environment is fast-paced and may be noisy at times
* The employee may be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry 50 pounds or more
* The employee may be required to stand for long periods of time and walk frequently
* The employee may be required to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer terminal

Physical Demands:

* The employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
* The employee must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk frequently
