About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, from pre-litigation claims to complex trials in Circuit, General District, and Federal Courts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of personal injury law. A strong desire for responsibility, growth, and success, complemented by outstanding interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Evaluating potential new cases and client intakes.
  • Engaging with current and prospective clients.
  • Overseeing the pre-litigation process for cases.
  • Conducting settlement negotiations and managing recovery disbursements.
  • Advocating vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth.

A competitive salary between $120,000 - $180,000 per year is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
