Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at The RMR Group. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for supporting the leasing, retention, and occupancy goals of our residential communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of our properties to prospective tenants.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws.
  • Inspect properties to ensure quality appearance, and maintain a pulse on local market trends and competition.
  • Process leasing applications, maintain resident files, and assist with daily and weekly reports.
  • Oversee lease renewal programs, optimizing lease renewals and increasing rent as market conditions allow.
  • Treat all residents and prospects with excellent customer service, and plan and oversee resident activities as requested by the Property Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bi-lingual abilities (written and verbal) may be required based on specific needs of the property.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
