Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with division leaders to gain insights into the business and foster relationships; comprehend the intricacies of business and operational workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with business units and executive leadership to identify and prioritize initiatives that align with the overarching strategy.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for initiatives, while monitoring progress against established goals.
  • Manage project stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives.
  • Evaluate performance against set KPIs and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project and business plans, providing a holistic view of progress and tracking milestone achievements.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to gather requirements and feedback from key business stakeholders, creating clear and detailed specifications to achieve measurable process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for board meetings and executive discussions.
  • Partner with executive team members to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities.
Qualifications for Success

Minimum Requirements - Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, finance, or similar roles.

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Experience

  • MBA.
  • Previous management experience with direct reports.

  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving results.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute defined tasks or strategies effectively.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; adept at synthesizing and conveying complex business concepts.
