Job Summary:

The Outreach Manager I will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach plans to target key market segments, maximizing team efficiency goals, and promoting energy efficiency programs to customers and trade allies. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide management and leadership to team members, including managing day-to-day activities, managing team goals and objectives, and assisting team members in creatively meeting program goals.
  • Develop outreach plans with Program Managers to target key market segments and maximize team efficiency goals.
  • Coordinate outreach activities with Client Marketing teams, prime contractors, and utility clients.
  • Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and trade allies in assigned territories.
  • Work with building owners and property managers to provide energy efficiency advice and assistance.
  • Identify and document on-site opportunities for energy efficiency and provide follow-up as required.
  • Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to determine energy savings and manage current projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or conservation and energy management.
  • Previous experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, clients, and employees.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.
What We Offer:

Franklin Energy Services offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000+/Per Year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
