Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Gold Standard service to every guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and able to make recommendations and answer questions.
  • Process transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Personalize food delivery to each guest, ensuring their meal is prepared to their liking.
  • Visit tables after food delivery to ensure guests have everything they need and are satisfied with their meal.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times.
