The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to support our retail and police community across the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our users are supported and set up for success, resulting in great experiences and real crime reduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through in-app chat, email, and phone
  • Maintain the Auror platform by keeping profiles, comments, and data up to date
  • Partner with our Engineering team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless platform access
  • Drive customer outcomes by thinking strategically and proactively
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a natural affinity for technology and people
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
